Canadian Journal of Remote SensingThe Canadian Journal of Remote Sensing provides a forum for the publication of scientific research and review articles. The journal publishes topics including sensor and algorithm development, image processing techniques and advances focused on a wide range of remote sensing applications including, but not restricted to, forestry and agriculture, ecology, hydrology and water resources, sea and ice, and environmental science.
Ecological ApplicationsEcological Applications is concerned broadly with the applications of ecological science to environmental problems. It publishes papers that develop scientific principles to support environmental decision-making, as well as papers that discuss the application of ecological concepts to environmental issues, policy, and management.
Ecology and SocietyContent of the journal ranges from the applied to the theoretical. In general, papers should cover topics relating to the ecological, political, and social foundations for sustainable social-ecological systems.
ForestsForests is an international and cross-disciplinary scholarly journal of forestry and forest ecology. It publishes research papers, short communications and review papers. There is no restriction on the length of the papers. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical research in as much detail as possible. Full experimental and/or methodical details must be provided for research articles.
Forest Ecology and ManagementForest Ecology and Management publishes scientific articles linking forest ecology with forest management, focusing on the application of biological, ecological and social knowledge to the management and conservation of plantations and natural forests. The scope of the journal includes all forest ecosystems of the world.
Forest ScienceForest Science is a peer-reviewed journal publishing fundamental and applied research that explores all aspects of natural and social sciences as they apply to the function and management of the forested ecosystems of the world. Topics include silviculture, forest management, biometrics, economics, entomology & pathology, fire & fuels management, forest ecology, genetics & tree improvement, geospatial technologies, harvesting & utilization, landscape ecology, operations research, forest policy, physiology, recreation, social sciences, soils & hydrology, and wildlife management.
GeomaticaGeomatica: The Journal of Geospatial Information Science, Technology and Practice (formerly CISM Journal ACSGC), is the official quarterly publication of the Canadian Institute of Geomatics. Geomatica is dedicated to the dissemination of information on technical advances in the geomatics sciences.
Global Environmental ChangeGlobal Environmental Change is a peer-reviewed international journal publishing high quality, theoretically and empirically rigorous articles, which advance knowledge about the human and policy dimensions of global environmental change. The journal is interested in articles which have a significant social science component.
International Journal of Remote SensingThe International Journal of Remote Sensing ( IJRS) is concerned with the theory, science and technology of remote sensing and novel applications of remotely sensed data. The journal’s focus includes remote sensing of the atmosphere, biosphere, cryosphere and the terrestrial earth, as well as human modifications to the earth system.
ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote SensingThe ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing is the official journal of the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS). The journal is to provide a channel of communication for scientists and professionals in all countries working in the many disciplines employing photogrammetry, remote sensing, spatial information systems, computer vision, and other related fields. The journal is designed to serve as a source reference and archive of advancements in these disciplines.
Journal of Applied Remote SensingThe Journal of Applied Remote Sensing is an online journal that optimizes the communication of concepts, information, and progress within the remote sensing community to improve the societal benefit for monitoring and management of natural disasters, weather forecasting, agricultural and urban land-use planning, environmental quality monitoring, ecological restoration, and numerous other commercial and scientific applications.
Landscape and Urban PlanningLandscape and Urban Planning is an international journal aimed at advancing conceptual, scientific, and applied understandings of landscape in order to promote sustainable solutions for landscape change.
Photogrammetric Engineering & Remote SensingPhotogrammetric Engineering & Remote Sensing, commonly referred to as PE&RS, is the official journal for imaging and geospatial information science and technology.
